Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an existing appointment, we require 12 hours notice. Due to the amount of No Show’s within the salon, a credit card will be required to book any appointment totaling more than $30. Your card information will be secure and will not be charged or have a hold placed on it. The only time this information will be used is in the event of a No Show. At that point your card will be charged $25 or half the total charge of your service whichever is greater.. To ensure that all clients stay on schedule, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Children in the Studio
Children should only be in the Studio if they are recieving a service and must be supervised at all times. We love our clients and their childrenm but unfortunately this is not the safest environment for the little ones. We have a lot of chemicals and hot impliments around in a very limited space, all of which could potentially be dangerous to your loved ones. This is your time to relax, so for your comfort and the comfort of others, please make other appropriate arrangements for the care of your child.
Walk-Ins
We do welcome walk-ins. However, if you don’t like to wait or want to get in with a specific stylist, we strongly recommend that you reserve and appointment in advance. Walk-in appointments will always be available, as long as the time allows.
When Calling for an Appointment or Cancellation
Please keep in mind that we do not have a receptionist and some of us operate our business through our cell phones. In order to give each client the attention that they deserve, we’re rarely available to answer our cell phones. If you need any of us, feel free to call the. You may catch use between clients or during down time. If not please do not feel offended. You are more than welcome to leave a message or call the Studio directly. We check messages a couple of tiems a day and return every message. You may also book or change appointments online. We look forward to hearing from you.
Parking
Because we are located in a very busy area of the city, parking is limited. We offer metered parking in front of the Studio as well as off street parking in the area. Be careful when parking as certain areas do not allow public parking. We are not responsible for any tickets or towing as a result of parking in an area that is not allowed.
Returned Checks
While we do accept checks as a form of payment, if any checks are returned we will charge an additional $30 Returned Check fee.
